Our vest is very easy to care for. Before cleaning, it's important to remove the steel weights to avoid damaging them. Then clean the vest with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and anti-bacterial soap. Hang the vest on a hanger to allow it to dry, then replace the weights once the vest is completely dry.
