• Your order number and a confirmation of the name linked to your order.

Nos produits bénéficient d'une garantie de 2 ans. Si votre produit est toujours couvert, le retour est entièrement gratuit.

Si la taille (ceinture force) ou la couleur (protèges poignets) ne convient pas à la réception du produit, vous pourrez demander un échange gratuitement.

You have changed your mind and don't want your product anymore?

• If you have not yet received your order and it is still on its way, we invite you to refuse the parcel on delivery: it will then be returned to us automatically and we will proceed with a refund of the order! Nevertheless, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] to inform us of the situation.
  
  
• If the order has been received, please do not open it and contact us within 30 days at [email protected] with a photo of the package.
  
  
• If the package has been opened and you are still within the 30-day return period, please send us one or more photos of the product, together with its original packaging and assembly manual (if applicable) to the same e-mail address.
