Would you like to return an order, report a product issue, or request an exchange?

Here are the steps to follow based on your situation.

You have a problem with your product?

If your product is defective, non-compliant, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at sav@ericflag.com, specifying:

  • your order number;
  • the name associated with the command;
  • a description of the problem encountered;
  • If possible, please include one or more photos or videos that help explain the situation.

We do our best to respond to requests within one business day in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our products are covered by the applicable statutory warranties.

If the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or a product that does not meet specifications, Eric Flag will cover the return shipping costs, subject to approval by our Customer Service department.

Would you like to exercise your legal right of withdrawal?

You have a legal right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.

This page allows you to cancel the contract here by submitting your notice of withdrawal online. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

In the case of a simple return—where the product is neither defective nor non-compliant and no error is attributable to Eric Flag—you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

To simplify the return process, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. The exact cost will be communicated to you before the label is issued and will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified by our company.

Photos may be requested to facilitate the logistical processing of the return, but they do not affect your legal right to cancel the purchase.

Did you change your mind after the 14-day legal deadline?

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days, Eric Flag a return policy allowing returns up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for this return policy, the product must be returned complete, clean, and not excessively used, along with its accessories, any instruction manuals, and, if possible, its original packaging.

Any product returned that is incomplete, damaged, soiled, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning may be subject to a price reduction, a refusal of the return, or special handling after the customer has been notified.

In the event of a return for commercial reasons—where there is no product defect or error attributable to Eric Flag—you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid return label; the exact cost will be communicated to you before it is issued and will be deducted from your refund, unless we have specifically agreed to cover these costs.

Is your order still being delivered?

If you no longer wish to keep your order and it is still in transit, please contact us at sav@ericflag.com so we can let you know what to do.

Depending on the situation, you may be asked to refuse the package upon delivery or to wait until you receive it so that you can arrange for a return.
