If the User does not wish to accept these Terms of Use, the User must refrain from using the Site.
When a User places an order, they must also accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to that order.

All costs associated with accessing the Site, including computer equipment, internet connection, software, or telephone service, are the sole responsibility of the User.

Users may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting FLAG & KO.

In the event of a translation into one or more foreign languages, only the French version shall be deemed authentic in the event of any ambiguity, subject to the mandatory consumer rights applicable.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the rules of general law and the consumer protection rules that apply.
No provision of these Terms of Use shall deprive the consumer User of the mandatory protections to which he or she is entitled under applicable law.
