Episode 12 - We all face obligations on a regular basis that leave us no choice but to reluctantly put in the time and effort. Sometimes it's the story of 15 minutes, sometimes it's the story of a lifetime to the tune of 35+ hours a week...

In this episode, I'll tell you about two specific periods of my life during which I suffered enormously from my obligations: high school and Swiss military service.

But more importantly, I will come to the precise moment when everything changed in my head and in my life, because in a very short period of time, I completely turned around my way of looking at these painful obligations, so as to make the best of them despite them.

This moment marked the birth of a mentality that I have cultivated a lot afterwards and that has returned to me extremely well.
