Episode 45 - We all have our own relationship with social networks, and sometimes we realize how much they can take control over us.

That's exactly the realization I had in the last few days and so I'm going back to the decision to disconnect from it all for a good week, with the reasons, as well as all the advantages and disadvantages I observed as a result.

Chances are that some of the points will speak to you or remind you of your own relationship with an "addiction" and I hope that this will bring up some positive thoughts for your own daily life.
