#4 - The 6 Myths of Fat Loss

Find all the other episodes and ask me a question here.

Episode 4 - In this first episode of a small series on nutrition, I attempt to set the record straight behind some fairly common preconceived notions about fat loss and diet. These various myths are:

  1. Calories don't count.
  2. Cardio for weight loss is mandatory and superior to weight training.
  3. Eating more small meals is optimal for burning more calories.
  4. You can target fat loss to a specific part of your body.
  5. Carbohydrates and sugar are fattening.
  6. Some people do not have the genetics to lose weight.

    Enjoy your listening! 😃

    Hello Eric. Very good episode!

I would like to know if you plan to do an episode on food supplements. You propose discounts with a brand. I must admit that I'm a little confused. How to mix food supplements with a healthy nutrition (like a weight loss diet, which is supposed to give you everything you need).

    Yours sincerely
