You have a problem with your product?

Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] indicating :

• The problem encountered, accompanied by one or more photos.
  
• Your order number and a confirmation of the name linked to your order.

We are committed to responding to your requests within 1 working day in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible!

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. If your product is still covered, the return is entirely free of charge.

If the size (strength belt) or color (wrist guards) does not fit when you receive the product, you can request an exchange free of charge.

You have changed your mind and don't want your product anymore?

• If you have not yet received your order and it is still on its way, we invite you to refuse the parcel on delivery: it will then be returned to us automatically and we will proceed with a refund of the order! Nevertheless, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] to inform us of the situation.
  
  
• If the order has been received, please do not open it and contact us within 30 days at [email protected] with a photo of the package.
  
  
• If the package has been opened and you are still within the 30-day return period, please send us one or more photos of the product, together with its original packaging and assembly manual (if applicable) to the same e-mail address.

We invite you to check before ordering that the dimensions of the equipment are suitable for the location where you plan to use it.

Return shipping costs are at your expense in the event of retraction and will be communicated to you by our customer service department.
