Ultra-compact: We were keen to develop a compact kettlebell that would be suitable for all types of exercise, while offering great freedom of movement! This also makes it easy to transport.
Perfect for weight training, street workouts and crossfit WODs!
Two handles supplied: Thanks to our "D" and "T" handles, the possibilities for exercise are increased tenfold, making your adjustable kettlebell ultra versatile!
Up to 150kg: Use the weights supplied to adjust your kettlebell up to 20kg, or use Olympic discs up to 150kg!
Here are a few examples of exercises you can do with the Adjustable Kettlebell:
- Kettlebell Swing: hamstrings, glutes, lumbar.
- Hip Trust: Buttocks & Hamstrings
- Curl Biceps: Biceps
- Bulgarian lunges: Quadriceps & Buttocks.
- Dumbbell Row : Back
- Russian Twist: Abs
- Insert discs into base.
- Insert and close the clamp.
- Screw on the desired handle.
Repeat the process in the opposite direction to adjust to the desired weight.
Kettlebell empty weight: 1.2 kg (with T-handle) or 1.35 kg (D-handle). Due to manufacturing conditions, the actual weight of the discs supplied may vary by ±3%.
Note: In addition to the discs supplied, any other disc compatible with a standard Olympic bar (50mm) can be used.
Maximum load: 150 kg.
Scratch marks may appear on the weight loading tube, due to the addition/removal of weight discs on the kettlebell.
