Street Workout figure categories: from the most accessible to the most difficult
The four categories are as follows:
- The mortals
- The Semi-Gods
- The Olympians
- The Titans
Figures to start with : The Mortals
First mortal figures: the L-SIT is based primarily on flexibility.
L-Sit / Square
Pull Over / Belly Up
This exercise can be used in particular for the firstBalanced Muscle-ups.
Muscle Up Balanced
At first, the technique will be a good challenge, allowing you to do muscle-ups without too much force. But the more you reduce your use of the legs and the swings, the more strength will become predominant and the exercise more difficult.
Let's move on to theElbow Lever, an exercise that will require reasonable strength if you have the mobility to tuck your elbows into your stomach and know how to play with balance.

We'll now mention the Pistol Squat as an affordable, well-balanced move where mobility and technique are an important part of the equation.

To conclude the mortal category, the famous Handstand which blends technique and balance.
The Handstand should be one of the first street workout figures you learn. It teaches you to be aware of your body in space and contributes to good shoulder health.

We now move on to the second category, that of the Semi-Gods.
We attack first with the pumps on one hand or brute force will greatly reduce the technical needs.

We start with one of the best-known figures in Street Workout, the Back Lever which requires a certain mobility and technique, in addition to the strength needed for good form.

Then there's the Muscle up in force, where we don't really leave any room for technique.

We prefer to use technique to learn the one-arm Elbow Lever, which becomes simpler with more strength but can be almost entirely a matter of balance.

We then come to what is probably the symbol of this sport, the most famous Street Workout figure in the world: the Flag.

We then move on to the famous Front Lever, the trick that everyone who wants to do Street Workout dreams of unlocking.

The one-arm Back Lever is a more technical trick than it might seem, although in the end pulling hard enough on your arm may be enough.

We continue our one-sided approach with the Hand Pull, which requires little more than sheer strength.

Finally, you can reach Zeus by Straddle PlancheA figure that will make you proud when you reach it. It's worth noting that flexibility can help here.
