#6 The 3 Laws of Muscle Gain

Find all the other episodes and ask me a question here.

Episode 6 - After the myths of nutrition, here we discuss the fundamentals of muscle gain, that is to say what it is mandatory to respect when trying to gain muscle mass, without which the lack of results and frustrations are bound to arise sooner or later. In more detail, I discuss :

  • The 3 ways to stimulate muscle growth and the best of them
  • Why not all exercises are the same and which ones are the best
  • How to structure these exercises in your workouts
  • The (weak) limiting role of genetics in muscle gain
  • The importance of progressive overload illustrated by my youthful mistakes
  • Why don't we neglect what happens outside of training?

Enjoy your listening! 😃

Hello Eric,
First of all, thank you for all your content including your podcasts, which I consume at a very high speed ;)
You talk in your first podcasts about putting several things in notes of podcasts, but I can't find them (ex: the table of repetitions of exercise according to the objective, or others). Did you remove them? Or put them in a different place?

Hello Eric,

I just discovered your podcast which is really a wealth of information for me as I start to work out! Thank you so much for all that you share!
In your podcast, the fundamentals of muscle gain, you talk about a chart and episode notes but when I get to the page in question, I only see the podcast. Is this normal?

Thank you in advance!
