Training at home is great, but having a structured, detailed program is even better!

This muscle-building program only lasts 60 days. What's 2 months in a lifetime? NOTHING.

Yet in just 2 months, you can see a real change, both physically and mentally. You'll adopt a new routine, a new way of life that will last over time.

Each program is made up of 6 blocks: Days 1 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15 etc...

Workouts last an average of 30 minutes to 1 hour, so there's no excuse not to train! Noequipment is required, as the program is 100% bodyweight.

There will of course be rest days to help the muscles rebuild - rest is very important!

By the end of the program, you'll have gained strength, muscle mass and flexibility. Not bad, eh?

A few flicks of the wrist, neck, elbow and jumping jack will enable you to complete a full session without injury.
