Delivery
For a delivery in France, Belgium or Luxembourg, it is possible to choose a delivery in relay points (via Mondial Relay) as well as a delivery at home.
For all other countries in the world, only home delivery is possible.
Our approximate delivery times are as follows:
France
2 to 3 working days with tracking (by Colis Privé or Colissimo depending on postal codes).
European Union countries
4 to 5 working days with tracking (via B2C Europe).
Switzerland
5 to 6 working days with tracking (via Colissimo Expert International).
Rest of the world
5 to 15 working days with tracking depending on destination.
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you. This email contains a tracking link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package.

It is possible that your order is shipped in several packages, which may explain why you have received only part of your items. Some of our products are bulky and/or heavy, which means they need to be sent in a separate parcel.
This applies in particular to :
- Pull up Bar
- Calisthenics bar
- Workout Bench
- Dip Bars
- Dips accessory for pull-up bar
- All orders over 30 kg
- Pre-order products
Even if the entire order is usually shipped on the same day, there may be a 24-hour delay between the shipment of different parcels in the same order. This delay can also have an impact on the reception of parcels, which may arrive at different times.
Don't worry, the other parcels are on their way!

Returns & Refunds
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return a product, provided it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with its assembly manual (if applicable).
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event of a defective product or size/color error, return shipping costs are free, and all our products come with a 2-year warranty. To initiate a return, contact our customer service department on : [email protected]indicating :
- Your order number.
- A complete photo/video of the product and its packaging.
- An explanation of the problem encountered.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund your original payment method as soon as possible. Your refund will appear in your bank account within 24h-48h.
Please note:
If the returned product does not meet our criteria (poor condition, lack of packaging or manual), the refund may be refused.
Purchasing & Payment
Our products are shipped from France, a member of the European Union. Consequently, deliveries to EU member countries are not subject to any taxes or other customs duties.
Nevertheless, for deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs charges may be invoiced to the customer, generally depending on the value of the goods. We have no control over the customs fees charged, nor can we provide an estimate.
