The wall-mounted version offers maximum stability on load-bearing walls and takes up minimal wall space. Installation requires drilling.

The floor-standing station offers adjustable heights, mobility without drilling, and requires an appropriate footprint.

For muscle-ups and ultimate stability, the wall-mounted version on a load-bearing wall is recommended.

To avoid drilling or easily vary the height, the floor-standing station is ideal. 

Install only on a load-bearing concrete or brick wall. BA13 plasterboard is not recommended.

Use the appropriate mounting kit provided and follow the manual.

Drilling is necessary, but once removed, filling is simple with filler, sanding, and paint.
