Episode 16 - We're all different, but sometimes we think we're a little too different and those thoughts can take up a lot (too much) of our heads and lives. In this episode, I share with you the story of one of my differences that has played just that role for me.

I go back to my earliest memories of my birth defect and trace them back to today.

From a complex that was at its peak in my teenage years, to today when I've learned to love it, I tell you the journey that brought me to this point, as well as the reflections and actions that have helped me.

Enjoy your listening! 😃

Thank you Eric for this podcast,
I myself had a complex related to my ears (protruding) and I totally recognized myself in your story and all the trials you faced. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting your words on this complex and for sharing it all!
