Episode 41 -  In this two-part episode, I start by sharing more details about my recent trip to Iceland, with practical info on budget, transport, accommodation, and all the amazing things to see there.

And after that light intro, which transitions from holidays to getting back to work, just like the current period, I dive into the second part: the virtuous cycle.

I explain how I feel like I'm currently riding a strong wave of positivity and motivation, but more importantly, how I try to cultivate and maintain it daily to make the most of it.

Having a big, great long-term goal is good, and it can give you a temporary boost today, but how do you keep that motivation going day-to-day during such a long journey? That's what I answer, based on my own experiences.
Enjoy your listening! 😃
