Episode 41 - In this two parts episode, I start by telling more details about my recent trip to Iceland, with practical information about budget, transportation, accommodation and all the wonderful things to see there.

And after this light appetizer that transitions from vacations to the beginning of the school year, as for the current period, I attack the second part, the virtuous spiral.

I explain how I feel like I'm in a strong positive and motivational momentum right now, but more importantly how I try to cultivate and maintain it on a daily basis to capitalize on it as much as possible.

Having a nice big long term goal is good and can give a temporary boost today, but how do you maintain this motivation on a daily basis during this long journey? This is what I answer based on my own experiences.
Enjoy your listening! 😃
