Episode 43 - How to manage occasional weight gain, for example after returning from vacation? And how to find a balanced process that works for you, so you don't feel deprived or restricted?

This is what I discuss in this episode, based on my own vacation weight gain, which I successfully reduced within 3 weeks, without counting calories or depriving myself too much.

I list many of my daily weight loss strategies, making the process as manageable and effortless as possible. I also discuss the compromises made when you decide to be less strict with measurements.

Enjoy your listening! 😃

Very good episode, but (like many other episodes) it takes too long to get started and drags on. I don't know if it's an attempt to reach a certain duration for the YouTube algorithm or another app hosting the episodes, but it often beats around the bush too much. I'm sure you'd get even more listeners if you were more concise. Here I am, asking myself "How to Lose Fat Without Counting Calories?", I listen to the episode in several parts (because it's long), and I finish without even knowing where to begin...

Keep up the good work
