#43 - How To Lose Fat Without Counting Calories

Find all the other episodes and ask me a question here.

Episode 43 - How to manage occasional weight gain, such as when you return from vacation? And how do we find the process in the middle ground that is unique to us so we don't feel deprived and constrained?

That's what I talk about in this episode, based on my own vacation weight gain, which I was able to properly reduce within 3 weeks, without counting my calories or depriving myself more than that.

I list a lot of my strategies for losing weight on a day-to-day basis, making it as bearable and unconscious as possible, but then I also talk about the trade-offs that are made when we decide to measure things less.

Enjoy your listening! 😃

Very good episode but on the other hand (like many other episodes) it takes too long to start and it drags on. I don't know if it's a desire to reach a certain length for the YouTube algo or for another app hosting the episodes but it's often too long. I'm sure you'll get even more views if you were more synthetic. Right now I'm asking myself the question "How to Lose Fat Without Counting Calories?", I listen to the episode in several times (because it's long) and I end up not even knowing where to start...

Good continuation
