Episode 53 - Minimalism is a "movement" or a lifestyle where you aim not to get bogged down with too many material possessions, and also to focus on the essentials in other areas of your life, like your social circle or certain habits.

In this episode, I'm sharing my experiences with some of its aspects that I've been integrating into my own life more and more over the past 4 years. I'll cover:

  • Which areas I'm intentionally minimalist in and why
  • All the pros and cons I've experienced with it
  • Ideas for reflection and action to implement this in your own life, at your own pace
  • Several additional resources on this topic that I can recommend.

Happy listening! 😃
