#56 - When the Pressure of Your Surroundings Holds You Back

Episode 56 - We all receive opinions, advice, and guidance, whether direct or indirect, from people around us.
Sometimes it's requested, sometimes not. Sometimes it motivates you, sometimes it holds you back. Sometimes it comes from a stranger with ill intentions, sometimes from a loved one who genuinely cares for you.

It's not easy in all these situations to approach and react to such interventions, especially when it's someone important to us who says it, and they don't necessarily realize they're holding us back, contrary to their intention.

In this episode, I answer some questions on this topic that I received from listeners, as well as others related to perfectionism and the pursuit of self-improvement.

Happy listening! 😃
