Episode 4 - Dans ce premier épisode d'une petite série sur la nutrition, je tente de rétablir la vérité derrière certains idées préconçues assez courantes en ce qui concerne la perte de gras et l'alimentation. Ces différents mythes sont :

  1. Calories don't count.
  2. Cardio for weight loss is mandatory and superior to weight training.
  3. Eating more small meals is optimal for burning more calories.
  4. You can target fat loss to a specific part of your body.
  5. Carbohydrates and sugar are fattening.
  6. Some people do not have the genetics to lose weight.
