You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a product purchased on ericflag.com.
The first 14 days correspond to your legal right of withdrawal. Eric Flag then extends this return period to 30 days, provided that our return policy is followed.

Our Customer Service team will provide you with return instructions.
For a standard return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid shipping label; the cost will be communicated to you before it is issued and will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, or an error on our part, Eric Flag will cover the return shipping costs after verification by our Customer Service department.
