Exercise my right of withdrawal
This page allows you to cancel the contract here by exercising your legal right of withdrawal for an order placed on ericflag.com.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.
If your order includes multiple products that are delivered separately, or a product consisting of multiple lots or parts that are delivered separately, the time period begins upon receipt of the last product, lot, or part.

After submitting the form
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt via email indicating, among other things, the content of your notice as well as the date and time it was sent.
Our Customer Service team will then provide you with return instructions. In the case of a simple return—where the product is neither defective nor non-compliant and no error is attributable to Eric Flag—you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
To simplify the return process, we can provide you with a prepaid return label. The exact cost will be communicated to you before the label is issued and will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified by our company.
Return shipping costs are covered by Eric Flag the event of an error on our part, a defective product, or a product that does not meet specifications, subject to approval by our Customer Service department.
