How-To Guide: Door Pull Bar

Installation Tips

Step 1:

Unlock the bar

Unscrew the two locking clips located on either side of the center section to release the mechanism.

You can then easily adjust the length of the bar.

Step 2:

 Adjust the width of the bar

Turn the center section to adjust the bar spacing.

Leave a space slightly narrower than the width of your door frame to make installation easier.

Step 3:

Place the bar in the frame

Place the bar at the desired height between your door jambs, then use the built-in spirit levels to make sure it is perfectly horizontal.

Step 4:

Grip the bar firmly

Turn the center section firmly until the bar is securely locked against the frame.

Finish by tightening the two locking clips to secure the installation.

Step 5:

Test for stability before use

Before using it for the first time, apply light pressure to the bar to make sure it does not slip, rotate, or wobble. If the bar moves, remove it and repeat the installation process.

Step 6:

Install the tubular sleeves

Slide the included tubular sleeves onto each end of the center section to enjoy a wider grip during your workouts.
