You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

The product must be returned complete, clean, and in good condition, in its original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if you change your mind. We will provide you with the details and any applicable cost of a prepaid shipping label before you return the item.

Submit a Return Request

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains in effect in accordance with the regulations. After this period, our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days, subject to the conditions listed above.

Is your product defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Do not follow the standard return procedure.

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• photos or a short video, if necessary.

This will allow our team to offer you the right solution.

Your order has already been shipped, but you no longer want it?

If you no longer wish to receive your order:

• refuse the package when the delivery person brings it, or
• If it is delivered to a pickup location, do not pick it up.

The package will then be automatically returned to us.
