⚠️ Make sure that the bar is correctly positioned before each use, ensuring that there is no risk of the bar slipping on the floor during use.
The Olympic bar can be positioned at a minimum height of 112cm, which is the lowest setting possible, taking into account the characteristics of the brackets.
It is possible to position the brackets at an even lower height (82 cm). However, this requires unscrewing the mounting plates, placing the bar supports in this position, then screwing them back on tightly.
If you have the version 1.0 pull-up bar, the brackets are not recommended for use on it. As there is no system for perfectly holding the bar, this represents a potential safety hazard.
Version 1.0 offers 11 heights every 10 cm, while version 2.0 features 22 heights every 5 cm with visible markings.
